The Pre-Visit

Whether  you were a referral, got my card from me, or found me on socials you have arrived at your final destination on the search for your dream hairdresser.

Tell me a bit about yourself in the new client questionnaire. I want to ensure that I have a good idea of your hair history before you come in! Some of these things include color history, inspiration pictures, hair concerns, and product usage. 

​

I always offer complimentary consultations so you can come in and talk to me. For extensions, I require you pay a deposit to buy the hair before we set up your installation appointment. 

​

The Consultation

A service will always begin with a consultation. It is the time to figure out what we are trying to accomplish in the allotted time we have together. 

​

I love to ask a lot of questions to get you to think about hair in a way you would speak about art. I want to be able to grasp your dreams and make it possible. 

​

Now would be the time where we may have to set some expectations. Some hair goals will need to be accomplished in multiple appointments for the safety of your hair. I like to start with a test strand on a small piece of hair to gauge whether or not our goals can be met.

​

After our discussion, I will go over a price review to make suer that we are staying within the beauty budget that you set. There are so many ways to reach one goal and staying in the budget is possible.

​

Sit back and relax with a cup of coffee, cocoa, tea or cider and enjoy snacks from the bar. 

After Goodbye

Leaving the salon with hair that you love and feeling confident is my main goal. 

​

Setting up a follow up appointment and discussing what needs to be done next will ensure that you have a reserved time to see me. I like to give my clients dates and times that will keep your hair looking fresh. 

​

Take home product is a just as important as the service itself. I believe that good product is the difference between good and great hair. I carry the whole Kevin Murphy line as well as K18 and Unite. I stand behind these products because they are backed by science snd real results. 

​

Showing you and your hair off to the world is one of my favorite parts of the service. I love to be able to show everyone how beautiful your service went. I also want you to show off, so feel free to take pictures and tag me.

​

Saying goodbye is not the end, I give my clients my work phone number and always encourage they reach out for questions, comments, or concerns. I am just a call or text away!
